County Matchplay KO: Quarter Final

The County Matchplay finals were played at a sunny Luton Hoo on Sunday 16th October. In the semi-finals Paul Kenna beat Jack Manley 3 and 2 and Rob Sutton triumphed over Luke Charalambous in a tight match by the same score.

The final between Rob and Paul, both from Dunstable Downs was finally won 1 up by Rob after a stunning fightback from Paul who holed a 20ft putt on 15 for a half and a chip in eagle on 17 to keep Rob's lead to 1 going down the last. Rob winning by halving the 18th.
