Bedfordshire Junior Winter Tour 2024-2025
Bedfordshire County Golf organise Junior Winter Tour events during pre-season for juniors of all ages and abilities to take part in.

Junior Winter Tour Format
The Tour is open to all golfers - boys and girls - subject to the following criteria:
1. Must be under 18 years of age on January 1st, 2024.
2. Must have a Bedfordshire club as their Home club.
Event Format
The Junior Tour events will NOT be qualifiers for handicapping, unless stated.
Prizes (Coaching Vouchers) will be awarded for the best performances (usually Stableford points) on the day.
Entries and Parental Consent
Entry is online only and entries will only be considered complete when the entry fee (£8 or £12 per event) has been paid AND the Parental Consent Form has been submitted (one
Parental Consent Form for the whole Tour). Payment is online using a credit/debit card.
Parents are requested to familiarise themselves with the BCGU Children and Young People Safeguarding Policy and Procedures.
Refund Policy
Once competition entries are closed (usually a week before the event) or the event is full, refunds will not be issued to players, who pull out. If the event is cancelled by the host club or Tour organisers before the day, a full refund or discount voucher for a future event, will be issued. If the event is cancelled during play, a partial refund or discount voucher may be issued.
Handicap Qualifier?
The Junior Tour events will NOT be qualifiers for handicapping, unless stated.

Order of Merit
The best four results from the Winter Tour events in the four handicap divisions (0-9, 10-19, 20-36 & 27-54) go toward the Order of Merit.
Ten points for first place and ties, nine for second, eight for third, all the way down to one point for 10th place and below.
The
BCG Junior Manager will administer the events - his decisions shall be final.
