The Country Seniors was won by Dave Banwell (Leighton Buzzard) with an excellent round of 74 in tricky conditions). The windy conditions combined with the fast greens to make Beds and County Golf Club an awkward proposition for the 67 Seniors.

Pictured below with County President David Hawkins is Dave Banwell with the Seniors Championship. To their left is Tony Weymouth with the Cyril Rose Cup (55-59) and Phil White with the Tipton Cup (65-69).  To their left is Paul Davies who retains the Dick Sinfield Trophy and Peter Hulance who won the Peter Juylan Trophy (0ver 70).
